Ecotoxicological tests
The ecotoxicological laboratory at DHI carries out standardized and specialized tests concerning biodegradability, toxicity and bioaccumulation of chemical substances, products and complex mixtures. Our laboratory performs ecotoxicological tests accredited by DANAK, the Danish Accreditation and Metrology Fund and, furthermore, the laboratory is authorized to carry out studies in compliance with the OECD Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). GLP statement of compliance is mandatory on laboratory testing of chemical substances covered by international chemical regulations such as REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006).
